Thank you for shopping with Rizbiz! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday - Friday) will typically begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping option for orders under £60

Delivery Charges

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over and including £60. Otherwise, a delivery charge of £4.99will apply, this will be clearly highlighted during checkout.

Dispatch

Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. We use Royal Mail and Evri for our standard deliveries.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a physical mailing address at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense.

Shipping outside the United Kingdom

As a young business based in the United Kingdom, we currently only ship within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. If you would like to see us ship to your country, please contact us with your request.
