We hope you love your Rizbiz order, but if you need to return something we are here to help.

As a small business our costs margins are very constrained, therefore it makes it harder for us to offer free returns, we hope you understand! As we grow we hope to offer free returns in the future.

Our Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items to us. This timeframe extends beyond your statutory rights, offering you more flexibility.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet these conditions:

  • Unworn & Unused: Items must not have been worn or used.
  • Unwashed & Undamaged: They should be unwashed and free from any damage.
  • Original Condition: All original tags and labels must still be attached.

Please avoid trying on clothes while wearing heavy makeup, perfume, or in a smoky environment, as this can affect their condition and make them ineligible for return.

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Please contact our customer service team on support@rizbiz.co.uk to let us know you'll be returning item(s), with the following key details:
    • Your order number (this can be found in your confirmation email),
    • Details of the particular item(s) you wish to return,
    • Reason for the return (e.g., unwanted item, faulty product).
    Failing to contact us before returning items or missing key details may result in delays or refusal of your return.
  2. Package Your Items: Carefully pack the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Post Your Return: to Rizbiz Projects Ltd, 32 Cage Hill, Swaffham Prior, CAMBS, CB25 0JS, United Kingdom. You're responsible for the cost of return postage.
  4. Proof of Postage: Always get a postage receipt when you send your return. This is your proof of postage and is essential in case your return is lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

This policy covers returns for a change of mind. If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with details and photos. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods remain unaffected.
